At Lotus Bloom, we hold the belief that families are innately resilient. However, certain circumstances families face can sometimes shift their focus. Our Family Navigators aim to bolster family resilience, enabling parents to stand strong for their children and the entire families. Whether that be connecting families to local resources, navigating social systems or suggesting children's activities, our family navigation team is dedicated in supporting families strive for a brighter future.

ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS

Lotus Bloom offers monthly virtual parent workshops via Zoom on the second Tuesdays of each month! These workshops are curated by our own families and the different types support they need in their daily lives. 

These workshops are open to all families (even outside of Oakland)! Please share our workshops with anyone you think may need some extra support and care. 

NOTE: We offer Spanish & Chinese translation every virtual workshop!

Child Development with Tanya Burrell
When we better understand the physical, cognitive, linguistic, and socio-emotional developmental needs, we can understand the whole child and apply the parenting tools to support them. Join us for a three-part series, 1:30-2:30pm PST:

• Tuesday, Oct 14: Your 3 & 4 Year Old
• Wednesday, Nov 12: Aligning Expectations with Development
